What Do I Think About Myself?

Suddenly something happens:
  • A broken pipe that necessarily must be fixed
  • Little money in the bank
  • No one to support
  • Comes a bill to pay that accrues
  • Rejection of a loved one
  • A goal will take longer than desired, and so on. etc., etc.
Any event can become the trigger to hold unpleasant thoughts "about yourself" without notice it. Thoughts like:
  • This should not be happening
  • That should be resolved already
  • This must change, must be different
  • I have to do something ...
    and a large etcetera.
What happened? one began to focus on the outside. Identify more with what happens outside and disconnects from the inner self, the inner power. There are doubts about who is, and also on personal ability and skills.

In the Personal Development process ALWAYS has to be expected
  • mistakes and
  • to see apparently problematic or undesirable situations
It is expected to happen, because life is full of different experiences in this world of duality (good / bad, acceptable / unacceptable, etc.).
The important thing to remember is that it is okay to have these experiences and even thank them, because this attitude helps to dis- identify and drop them.
So that, when "notice" an uncomfortable or unpleasant situation or feeling, it is because we feel somewhat uncomfortable with ourselves. Realizing this may not make much difference, but if it can be observed

carefully, away from the situation, it is a fact that the feeling into the habit of distrusting oneself dissolves completely.

Wean an unpleasant or uncomfortable thought pattern is part of path to personal development and it is easy.

But ... How to regain our peace?
1) Take a deep breath,
2) Think of something that is happening in your life that bothers you,
3) Now bring to you a self-compassionate feeling saying aloud: "I bless myself because I am (your complete name)" "Even with all the unpleasant and uncomfortable I feel, even with all that is happening, even if I made a mistake, I deeply and completely love and accept myself in this moment." Repeat twice more.
Breathe deeply.
4) Close your eyes and take a moment to enjoy it; you just accessed your inner power.

Do not forget that we are transcendental and transformational beings and is on the inside where is contained all the power to do and be anything.

Let's move forward toward our goals, first being compassionate with ourselves, blessing ourselves and giving to life time “to be”, because every experience under this point of view, becomes a useful experience, a stepping stone towards achieving a miracle path to our desires.
