-- the format is wonderful, it makes all the coaches go through weekly discipline of goal setting,
prioritizing, remaining accountable, studying successes and "failures".

- To deal with some of the experienced coaches and how they do it as well as to get feedback from them was precious. -- The cogenial atmosphere is the hallmark of non-stressed learning and experience and I enjoyed it. -- Figuring out the "appointment " within a "disappointment " through analysis of the roadblock was invaluable. -- Because of my own background of being a guide, counselor, mentor during my surgical career, teaching a lot of people, I found it refreshing but somewhat challanging to "stay away " from advising and I am already on my way to develop the tools!
